Just some inspirational sketch ideas to get things rolling the black areas aren't completely black but that might different from each persons monitor. I added another one that didn't have the character in it i thought it looked better imo.

oh! I quite like the purplish one. I never thought of the character having a tail--that'd certainly give a nice follow through in animation. the black one's nice too, gives it that certain wasted mood.
