Question about workbook?

Hey guys, just had a question about the workbook! Are we supposed to colour these as well?

hey guys, I can't make it private or else you'll have to log in to watch. I've kept the other video posts up just as backup ref, if it's slowing anyone's computer down just post (or let me know somehow) and I'll take it off.
the only changes I've made since the screening is slowing down the opening (just that first shot) and adding a pause after the explosion (it got taken out by accident somehow!).

Paint Treatment

So this is Derek's tree and I have no friggin clue why my text is currently underlined. This is how I picture the jungle in our film - mossy logs, wet, damp, humid, and misty rainforest. This isn't what would be 'final', what with all the sketchy strokes, but something close. I'll put up some other rendering treatments later. Thoughts? 

My only hesitation about something in this style is getting it to work well with a flat 2D character. Would they work? Something maybe more along the lines of The Emperor's New Groove might work better - but at the same time - lets try to make this our own.

PS. What colour ARE our Gorillas?? Alexis I guess thats something we'll add to the list...

there's still things that need tweaking, mainly sound/timing (and a few scenes that need to be added, apparently?), but for the most part we're good to go. workbooking and animation tiems!

Had Internet problems on Friday and was busy the rest of the weekend and just now got the files uploaded to my myspace page.
