PipelineTest

Hey All, at a short scene from start to finish- I hope you guys can all get a chance to try it out for yourselves soon! The compositing takes longer then you think. This Shot was animated in one day, cleaned up/painted and composited in another. If you start early (and have a colour pallette to choose from) it could be done potentially in one day since it is so short.

The colours are obviously not stated fully yet for the characters and new end scene- I went ahead with my guess as to what they were.

Colour will have to be discussed and decided upon on monday or tuesday! (for obvious reasons)

I also added the face smash but forgot the shake when he hits the ground for more impact! NOoo

DUDE :D

Very nice. I would speed up that water effect in the BG for final - it was good but because of the choppyness my eye went there instead of the soldier.

Also, I think the rock and the shadow the soldier casts on it should be brighter so that his sillhouette/shape pop from it more clearly.

Good work! Did Lily finish hers?

Yeah lily is done also,

Sure man- The trouble I was finding also with the water was it has the most movement and is the brightest in the scene... I might have to tone it down in general for the sake of the shot for the final

oops forgot to post mine!
man it's look good. (:
I'd suggest blurring the gorilla's hand even more when you focus on the soldier, is all.

this is sweet! 3 scenes in a day! =D

Dude, that looks really awesome. The water effect is amazing...it really looks animated (though I agree with Jer that it needs to be a little less choppy) and I think popping the soldier out a bit would help. Not sure if there's really a way to fix it, but it did occur to me that it looks like at the end the soldier's eyes aren't actually pointed at the gorilla...maybe they're a bit high? Anyway, like I said, nice animation and it looks awesome all put together!
