Rough

In progress paint up of Randolphs layout... originally it was a blue sky - but then I thought about that theme we came up with, 'Innocence or beauty ravaged'. So what if, as the helicopters come out behind the trees, theres a dark rain cloud following them, with subtle flashes to suggest lighting or a storm. I think if we can weave that feeling of something bad happening to the land, the film will hit at a much deeper level.

Anyway, any comments on this? Talk colour, lighting, whatev~

interesting concept with the dark clouds coming.. opens up the options of rain if you do want that, thunder during the fight- Looks quite good so far. I Think the final look should be somewhere between this and your usual painting.. (so we can do it in reasonable time)

--Perhaps mute the green a bit, it might just be my moniter but mine is usually darker. (I really like the blueish/violet greens) Obviously where the light is hitting the trees it would be really green..
